Terms of Business
1. Packaging and Delivery Charges
Orders will be despatched by express courier. The cost of transport, packaging material and dry ice will be charged to the customer.
2. Damage or Unsatisfactory Goods
Claims for any damage or discrepancies in delivery must be made, in writing, to Sera Laboratories International Ltd. (Sera Lab) within 7 days of receipt of the order.
3. Conditions of Supply
| a: | Sera Lab cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by a customer due to orders lost or damaged in transit or at destination. |
| b: | Batch representative samples provided by Sera Lab for suitability testing are not provided as to constitute a sale by sample. |
| c: | Liability by Sera Lab under a) and b) above shall be limited to the replacement of the goods. |
| d: | Sera Lab shall not be held liable for goods that have become defective through improper handling or storage. |
4. Price
The price of goods sold by Sera Lab shall be those shown on this website or which are the subject of individual written quotations.
5. Payment
Payment for goods is 30 days net from date of delivery.
6. Value Added Tax
All catalogue and special quotation prices are subject to VAT at rate applicable at the time the goods are invoiced (currently 15%) unless a valid certificate of exemption of VAT is provided.
